Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes delivery charge.
Free returns are available up to 14 days after delivery , customer needs to take an item to collect point/post office.
If you return item over 14 days after purchase(100 days maximum) , original shipping cost won't be refunded(standard shipping rate £9 included in standard product price) and customer needs to return an item to us on his own cost.
Return the item in their original packaging within 100 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund of product price. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Our 100-day return policy and free returns policy does not apply to discounted/refurbished items and accessories, those items can be returned only if they developed a fault in first 3 months from purchase date.
Item must be in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange or a restocking fee of 30% of the price of the product may apply, except that no restocking fee shall apply if the reason for the return or exchange is due to a defect in 30 days after purchase.

All of the products we provides are brand new and high quality. Our QC test every single product carefully before shipping. Most products from us are with one year warranty. If you find your product not working or with
something else wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Return Procedure
1. You will receive a Return Authorization file from us, please follow the instruction to do the returning.
2. If the solution we suggest doesn't work, you may need to send the item back to us.
3. If you encounter any product problems, please contact us through email or live chat with detailed description and photos or videos if needed. We will offer you solution if there is.
4. After receiving the returned product, we will let you know. Replacements or repaired products are normally shipped via air mail.
Notice:
1. Except for emergency, please choose local post service or EMS to return the goods, and please declare low value.
2. If customer rejects the goods with no reason, we will not return the shipping cost. If shipped via DHL, which will cause a lot to return, we will have to ask them to destroy.
